This little gem turned out to be quite easy to make. Maybe because my foundation piecing is improving rapidly. It only has 41 pieces! I used three separate foundations. It looks a little skewed but the ruler says it isn't. An optical illusion.

The fabrics I am using are all Lisa Walton's hand dyes That's why its called my Lisa Jane.
Fantastic block. Paper pieceing definitely is an art all of its own dont you think.
My DJ became a wallhanging I became stuck at 25 blocks lol.

Thanks of the good luck - foundation piecing doesn't frighten me any more but Applique! EEEK! I'm going to give it a good go though - this torture is my reward for not smoking anymore nad I'm loving it.
