A couple of days ago I exchanged a few emails with Di Jobbins. I suddenly remembered that I used the patterns for the stitcheries that Di created for the retreat in Sydney, in my siggie quilt.
I also realised that I had never taken a photo of it, so, this afternoon I rounded up 2 innocent bystanders (husband and step daughter) to hold said quilt while I photographed it!
It really is a large quilt - It normally lives on our bed.
The theme for the retreat was "Bridging the Difference"
This is the back of the quilt - you can also see a little of the two innocents! Sweet pea (DH) is over 6 foot tall.
I'm really happy with this quilt. I did all the quilting on it while we were on the road in our caravan, making our way to Bendigo from Hobart via Adelaide and the great Murray River!
