All the snow storms in Europe and America gave me the idea for this little lino cut! Winter trees! Icy Water!
It is very small - 6" x6".

Now excuse the simpleness of these questions but
1. talking about your Winter Trees lino cut am I looking at the lino or am I looking at the 'printed' version of it.
2. with the Loi, I assume I am looking at the 'print'. How do you get different colours in different parts?
I always thought lino printing was like stamping. I take a rubber stamp apply ink all over it and then basically thump it down on some paper or fabric and viola I have an image.
3. How long does it take you to actually cut the lino say for the Koi or the trees?
4. How do you achieve the different layers, the hill, branches snow etc?
Oh forgot.. hope you and your family have a wonderful Xmas and the weather is tops for your holiday
